What a great little book on positivity. This book is filled to the brim with lots of great conceptual info, as well as practical advice. My favorite chapter was 6 -- Never sleep without a positive moment...it has taught me to be more grateful for the things I have.

Positive thinking can have a huge impact in your life. I am a believer that positive thinking can change your life for the better, make you healthier and possible more desirable to be around. No matter what it is, your job, relationship, friends, family or every day events, being positive will always result in a better outcome. Let's face it, No one wants to be around the "negative Nancy" ever and I wish people could realize that. This is why I am recommending that Everyone should take a minute, read this book and see how positive thinking can reflect in their life. Great book!

We all run into negative aspects of our life. They tend to bring us down, add to our stress, and even can affect our sleeping. This is a great book to help counter the negatives and start thinking a more positive way. It has great tips to have a more positive outlook on daily life. The book realizes that everything that is in our life may not be positive, but you can focus on the happier things rather than the negatives. I thought it was a very beneficial book, and I am going to try some of its recommendations.
