Give this book to all the women in your life. The time has come for the truth - and the transformation.
By Shiloh Sophia
This work is truly essential for where we are in our evolution as women. For so long - too long we have allowed our inner critic to rage within us and for a long time we felt like it was actually us. Now we know it isn't us, but that predatorial inner mean girl (or dude). But what do we do then? Simply realizing it, doesn't take us very far in terms of changing how we actually think and operate. The "Reform Your Inner Mean Girl" book by Amy Ahlers and Christine Arylo shows us HOW to literally transform our relationship to ourselves and ultimately how we view our world.
The book shares this transformation process in a deeply fun and meaningful way. This topic however, isn't light hearted, because being hard on ourselves actually keeps us from reaching our dreams - that is nothing to mess around with. They bring joy and insight in such a way that we can find the path to change. Plus they back it up with evidence in terms of how our brains actually work with the internal voice.
Cheers to this book. It is a blessing to our world.

This book took a huge weight off my shoulders! It's definately one that you read through fast and put back on the shelf, it's one that will continue to guide and free you from self bullying- even if you don't think you bully yourself, you'd be surprised how inner mean girls show up. I've already shared this book with any women who I love and I will continue to do so. I'm so grateful for these fun, light hearted approaches to self love and inner wisdom blossoming.
