There is some great practical everyday wisdom to be found here IMHO. The Levey's are special compassionate people sharing what they have learned. Don't appear to have any agenda. Just trying to help in a world that needs plenty of help. All of their books are good.

Beautifully written

I have read many a book on meditation techniques. This one, however, is so well written and eloquent. I could not put it down. It offers wonderful tips on meditation practices with profound statements weaved into the text. Nice book!

Great Choice

Luminous Mind explains several types of meditation practices for the novice as well as those who are more experienced meditators. I purchased this book for a class and it met and exceeded my expectations. I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn more about different meditation practices.
